9. Because it is hard to obtain all of the recommended dosage of vitamins and minerals through food, taking a multivitamin is a good way to get the nutrients we need on a day-to-day basis.
10. Antioxidants are key to fighting against disease and cleansing the body. It is important to consume these everyday.

These ten steps will contribute to the prevention of most diseases and can give you more of a balance in life. By taking care of your body with the consumption of foods that promote good health, you will not only cure or prevent diseases, but you will have piece of mind. You will feel better about yourself and have more confidence.
